As a mother of three and a former Wall Street professional, I understand how overwhelming it can be to balance the demands of parenthood with the rest of life. After my first child was born, I was working long hours, running on little sleep, and felt completely exhausted. Like many parents, I was searching for support but didn’t know where to turn.

That experience led me to Ayurveda and holistic practices, which helped me restore balance for myself and my family. I saw how gentle sleep routines, nourishing meals, and consistent postpartum care could transform life for both babies and parents. I realized that when mothers are truly supported—physically and emotionally—they can show up as the parents they want to be, and the entire family thrives.
